Through ecotourism, we found a way to raise environmental and social awareness, helping to preserve the environment, local cultures, and communities.

Guto, a native of Chapada Diamantina and son of diamond miners, has worked as a guide for over 15 years. With extensive trekking experience, he met Maju — a woman from Rio — on one of the trails. She came to Chapada for vacation and never left!

After 3 years, João Pedro, Maju’s brother, joined the team to contribute on all fronts, taking Lençóis Trekking beyond Chapada to other destinations and making the tribe even more professional.
